30-Day Return Policy

Shop with confidence! We have a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you're not happy with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • All returns must be received back at our facility within 30 days from the original invoice date.
  • We only accept returns for size exchange of the same item, store credit, or refund.
  • Items must be in unused condition.
  • Exchange for the same item in a different size is final sale.
  • Items can only be returned and exchanged once.
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Download and print the return form below and send it back with your return. (Return orders will not be processed without a return form.)
  • Ship return items in a padded envelope or box. Do not use a paper envelope.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.
  • There is no additional fee to ship the exchanged item(s) to customers.
