Returns/Refunds

Shop with confidence! We have a 30 day no-hassle Return Policy! No questions asked. If you're not happy with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

All returns must be received back to our facility within 30 days from the original invoice date.

We only accept returns for size exchange of the same item, store credit, or refund.

Items must be in unused condition

Exchange for the same item different size is final sale.

Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.

California residence will be charged 9.50% sales tax. All other states are NOT charged any sales tax.

Then with each order that you place, put a note in the comments section stating that your sellers permit is on file with us. We will remove the sales tax manually before we charge you. (The shopping cart will show sales tax, but we will remove it before charging you)
