Anthony M Castelletti (Tonawanda, US) The bracelet itself seems to be ok. However, I was not sent the size I ordered. Despite repeated, polite emails asking for a resolution, this 'company' rtefuses to even respond. My credit card issuing bank can deal with them, cuz I'm not paying for this.

Ella Veerman I like everything about it....the only thing is it was a gift for my fiancé and it is too big so I want to exchange it but I only have 30 days from day of purchase and I just got it..... it took about 3 weeks to receive it due to weather
So I am not sure I will be able to get it back in time for an exchange
Other than that we have been very happy with all our purchases from your company. And we look forward to making more

I was VERY impressed with the timely manner in which the item shipped from the time I ordered it. Customer I bought (2) chain bracelet for my husband and son for Valentine's Day. They both loved it! They thought it was the coolest thing ever! It felt nice on their wrist, not bulky or too heavy, no hair pulling or anything. Highly recommended.
